- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent, or MBA, from an accredited college or university.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to government security clearance requirements. In order to work at BPMI, applicants must complete a Federal background investigation and be granted a security clearance.
- Exposure in fiscal law including appropriation law.
- Experience working in federal financial, accounting, or contractual areas.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment by multi-tasking while still providing significant attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills and resourceful mentality.
